I am done being a people-pleaser.
I believe that subconsciously, we all seek the approval of the people in our lives.

Dmitry Bayer
Deep down, we all desire unconditional acceptance and affection.
Yet, these emotions are shown effortlessly by those who truly care about us.
1:I vow to no longer to live by the shallow judgments of others.
My voice matters the most.
2:I vow to say no more often.
3:I vow to no longer pretend to agree with everyone.
4:I vow to no longer feel responsible for the feelings of others.
5:I vow to no longer go above and beyond for people who do not care about me.
7:I vow to no longer feel uncomfortable when people are mad at me.
8:I vow to no longer apologize excessively.
9:I vow to no longer comfort everyone.
10:I vow to no longer base my self-worth on the opinions of others.
They say a leopard cant change his stripes. But, some things do change- being a people-pleaser is a choice.
AndI chooseto care for myself.I chooseto no longer obsess over the approval of the people in my life.
I believe that self-worth is developed naturally.
It is not dictated by the opinions of others.
Remember that you are in control of your own happiness.
Not the people who surround you.
You are in charge of your life decisions.
Do not let others persuade you or control your voice.
You deserve the world and more.
Stop risking your own happiness for the smile of another.Your happiness matters.
It matters the most.
