It doesnt come off well, but you genuinely dont mean anything by it.
Meeting and making new friends is hard.
You have no qualms about widening your friendship circle; in fact, you enjoy meeting new people.
You just take a much longer time than most people to open up to new friends.
You are cautious with who you trust and thats alright.

Youve been told multiple times that youre hard to read.
You arent doing it on purpose, you just happen to be a little more reserved.
Especially on days when you arent really feeling social.
You frustrate your friends when you put off meeting them over and over.
Its not that you dont want to meet up and hang out with them, you do!
Only a small handful of friends and family understand.
The highs and the lows are quite the roller coaster.
Some days you basically wont shut up and some days youll barely say ten words.
Its quite an adjustment between the two states of mind and sometimes theres no in-between.
You cant even understand it yourself, even though youve tried your whole life.
Talking to that waitress can actually be quite nerve-wrecking.
Doing life is just tough sometimes.
