Avoiding eye contact because of anxiety happens when we might feel embarrassed or flustered.
I avoid eye contact when Im in crowds or in spaces where Im surrounded by people.
I feel overstimulated and I dont know where to focus.

Sometimes there isnt a magic fix to immediately help ease our thoughts and actions.
