Always stay hydrated.I still have to get reminders from my friends and family.
Trust me, your body will thank you.
2.Your comfort zone will kill you.Change is uncomfortable.
But nothing is more uncomfortable than feeling stuck in your current situation and wondering about the what-ifs.
So do things that scare you because I promise you wont regret it.
Networking is so important and you never know what opportunities could come out of it.
Trust your intuition.Easy, right?
Well not for everyone.
Your intuition is something that will get stronger over time, but know that it will never wrong you.
So when youre taking pictures always remember to enjoy the present and not just do it for the gram.
Life is way too short to be doing anything that doesnt bring you happiness.
So dont do it.
Unfortunately energy is contagious and a negative mindset can be pretty toxic in any work environment.
Your positive energy will spread to others and your influence will make a difference.
So you kinda have to make those opportunities for yourself.
Attend networking events, get involved with your community, and spend time doing things you enjoy.
You will find your tribe and people who are on the same wavelength as you.
Add anxiety to the mix and its a recipe for disaster.
Burnout in any profession is real and something I personally experienced.
Social media is nothing but a highlight reel.I literally cannot stress this enough.
Self-love is a process.Spend time by yourself and make time for self-care.
You owe yourself at least one hour of self-care a day.
And always remember you are a whole person on your own, not a half.
For the longest time I never understood what they meant until now.
If you have no expectations, you will never be disappointed. Now, read that again.
This is a life lesson I still have not mastered.
The problem is that its not easy to not have expectations or just go with the flow.
Be patient. With life, with traffic, with people, with your goals.
