I started making an effort to give out one unsolicited compliment every day a few years ago.
Its really helped me to find the good in people.
5.Get up when you wake up.
Dont sit in bed on your phone.
Get some coffee or take a shower.
It makes you feel so much better.
7.Spend some time on basic hygiene.
Shower, shave, brush your teeth, put on deodorant, maybe some perfume/cologne.
These things go a long way to helping a person feel better about themselves.
8.Every time you stand or get up, give yourself a good stretch.
I stole that method from my dog.
even reminding you to get to bed at a good time.
11.Organize something…anything!
Your desk, a messy drawer, the kids toy bin, the coffee table.
12.Try your hardest to make at least one of your meals in a day a healthy one.
Tomorrow is a new day to make good food decisions.
13.Remember to brush your teeth after eating.
Its easy as fuck, you dont have to get a mat out or anything.
Just pick a spot and start jumping.
Close your account permanently.
16.Smile, even on a bad day, more good days are coming later.
17.When you wake up, do 20 pushups/sit ups.
In a year, thats a lot.
18.Read 1 hour a day.

Any throw in of exercise, no matter how small, is beneficial for physical and mental health.
Its only a small thing can make a big difference.

One bad move doesnt mean you messed it all up if you just keep moving in the right direction.
26.Take 5 minutes of your time everyday to just breathe in and breathe out slowly.

28.Sit down with a pad and pen and write it all out.
Write out what you want in life.
29.Say one thing in class.
Ive got 30 minutes left before class starts and my heart is just pounding.
I hate this, but I know I can do it.
Ive done it before.
I hate being this anxious over something so small.
30.Adopt a policy of no zero days.
Lets say you want to write a novel.
Ninety thousand words, no problem… until you realize all the other things taking up your time.
Instead, pledge that youre never going to have a day where you do nothing.
If youre trying to exercise more, do five push ups, or three, or one.
