If your gut tells you that something isnt right for you, then take a step back and listen.
If you disregard your own instincts, youre not making yourself a priority.
Unfortunately, thats not the real story.
If you make yourself your first priority, sometimes that means you allow yourself a break.
If you need physical activity, schedule it.Do.
Dont push aside your needs for the needs of others.Being selfish isnt a bad thing.
Thats the only way it’s possible for you to truly prioritize your happiness.
Know that you are enough.Its true.
You are enough exactly as you are.
Instead of trying to be more, take time to sit and just be with yourself.
Indulge yourself whatever that means to you.Take time to do whatever you oughta do to feel good.
It doesnt have to be anything huge or expensive, but it does have to make you happy.
Thats the only requirement.
There is joy in helping others and there can be joy in receiving that help as well.
Before you agree to something or offer assistance, first see to it its coming from an authentic place.
Otherwise youll end up resenting your own choice.
Reflect on what you do.The same goes for actions think before you do things.
This is a good way to learn more about yourself and what you need and want.
You cant prioritize yourself if you dont understand yourself.
Make your mental health your priority do not let them get to you.
Spend your money how you want.Dont let anyone else tell you what to do with your earnings.
If you want to save it all, do that.
If you want to spend it all on experiences, do that.
If you want to splurge once in a while well, you get it.
Be honest about your limits.Its okay to have boundaries!
Its actually really healthy, believe it or not!
Dont overwork yourself, overshare yourself with others, or exhaust yourself trying to make everyone happy.
It never hurts to ask, and sometimes you might actually get what you want by doing so.
Believe in yourself.Yes, easier said than done.
Every little step in the right direction helps.
Its best for everyone in the long run.
You dont need their bad energy and they need a wake up call.
Speak positively to yourself.Your self-talk is incredibly important.
it’s possible for you to indeed change the patterns and make them positive instead of negative.
It just takes some time and effort.
You cant help yourself if youre speaking cruelly to yourself.
Dance like no one is watching.Literally.
Be free and open and alive!
This makes you the priority instead of their opinions.
Dont even think about it just do it.
You are capable of far more than you could ever know.
Venture out alone.Get out of your comfort zone if you always do everything with other people.
Its empowering and lets you figure out what you really enjoy.
You are letting them sway you, so dont do it.
