Youre allowed to get angry.

Youre allowed to use your voice.
You dont have to act polite so you can keep the peace.
Youre allowed to speak your mind, even though it might make other people uncomfortable.
Some people are going to spread lies about you.
And the worst part is, other people are going tobelievethem.
But you cant allow that to upset you too much.
You cant be too concerned with how other people view you.
As long asyouknow you did the right thing, thats all that matters.
Family is bullshit.The idea that you have to stay loyal to the people who raised you is beyond toxic.
You make your own family.
You dont owe them anything.
Not a phone call.
Not a holiday card.
Not a friend request on social media.
Your real family has nothing to do with DNA.
Your real family are the people who love and support you exactly as you are.
Youre fucking beautiful.Dont let anyone tell you differently and dont let anyone make youfeeldifferently.
If you feel like shit whenever you see a certain someone, theres an issue.
But it works the other way around, too.
You cant continue chasing them, hoping they change their mind.
You cant get pissed at them for refusing to accept your apology either.
You have to accept their decision and try not to hurt anyone else the same way in the future.
Some people are assholes.You dont have totry to see the goodin every single person.
You dont have totake the high roadorbe the bigger personwhenever you get into a confrontation.
Some people arent worth the trouble.
Theyre assholes, plain and simple.
Theres nothing you could do to change them or their minds about the way they view the world.
Put them in your past.
Dont bother dealing with them again.
