You should analyze them and learn to accept them.

Running from them might work for a while, but theyre eventually going to catch up to you.

Youre going to have to deal with them eventually.

Even though you arent giving anyone else the chance to hurt you, youre hurting yourself.

Youre going through pain anyway.

Youre causing the exact thing that youve been trying to prevent.

I learned theres anything embarrassing about acting vulnerable.Being comfortable expressing your vulnerability is a strength.

You shouldnt be embarrassed about talking through your emotions, about admitting whats on your mind, aboutfeelingin general.

Whether or not you express those emotions makes all the difference.

Lying about being okay means youre settling for less than you deserve.

It means you arent speaking up and explaining how you expect a change.

Remember, its not greedy to want a beautiful future for yourself.

Its not selfish to have high expectations for the people surrounding you.

Youre allowed to have opinions and thoughts and complaints.

Youre allowed to talk about how you feel.

Theyre going to encourage you to open up and be patient when youre not ready.

But they cant magically make you feel comfortable doing something youve never done before.

You have to put in that effort yourself.

You have to decide youre ready.

Its not always going to be easy to do.However, itwillbe worth the trouble.

The risk will be worth the reward.

Youll be surprised by how refreshing it feels.
