it’s crucial that you be kind to your body and mind.
Dont feel guilty for relaxing.
You dont have to earn your breaks.
You already deserve them.
You shouldnt feel guilty for expressing your emotions.Youre allowed to cry.
Youre allowed to get angry.
Youre allowed to have deep, complex, confusing emotions.
You dont have to be happy every second of the day.
You dont have to pretend youre fine.
Youre allowed to tell your loved ones how you feel.
You shouldnt feel guilty about burdening them.
Theyll be happy you opened up to them.
However, they arent in charge of the direction your life takes.
You get to make your own decisions.
You dont have to listen to anyone other than yourself.
Your feelings matter, too.
Youre allowed to make decisions that makeyoufeel fulfilled.
Youre allowed to put yourself first.
You shouldnt feel guilty for saying no.You dont have to helpeveryonewho asks you for a favor.
Even though you might feel bad about turning them down, you dont want to burn yourself out.
You dont want to put too much on your plate at once.
Your loved ones are going to understand if youre too busy to help them out.
Everyone goes through hard times.
