You have a million ideas but you lose steam halfway to your goals.You never follow through on your plans.

You get distracted by social media.

By other random chores.
You have to set a timer and keep working until the sand runs out.
Youre putting too much on your plate at once.Youre not a superhuman.
You cant take on dozens of projects at once.
you better pick one and stick with it.
you oughta break apart your large goals into smaller goals.
Otherwise, youre going to overwhelm yourself.
you’re gonna wanna stay patient and take things one step at a time.
You assume youre going to fail.You have no confidence in yourself.
You assume putting in the work isnt worth the trouble because you arent going to see results, anyway.
Youre never going to succeed.
Youre only going to disappoint yourself.
Of course, for get anything done, you gotta get rid of that toxic mindset.
you better start putting more faith in your abilities.
you better learn to recognize your strengths and start saying you deserve to win.
Youll never want to finish a project because youre too scared of failing.
Youre too scared of showing others your results and finding out they arent impressed.
In your mind, theres always more that needs to be done.
You never feel finished.
However, you cant forget to factor in relaxation time.
You dont want to burn out.
However, the internet has plenty of information.
Do your research, then jump right into the work.
Dont wait until tomorrow.
