But you shouldnt get frustrated with yourself if its taking too long to make progress.

You arent going to see results overnight.

It might take a while.

It might take a lifetime.

you’re able to do this.

The more you try, the more chances you have to succeed.

It feels like youre all the way back at step one.

But once mistake does not need to lead to a million more.

Everyone has bad habits.

It turned out my mental health needed more attention than I thought.

It turned out my healing process was far from over.

Other people are going to assume youre makingyourselfmiserable because youre lazy and undisciplined.

But those people and their opinions dont matter.

They dont know how hard youve been trying to be a good person.

They dont know all the work youve been putting in behind the scenes.

Sometimes, suffering alone is only going to prolong that suffering.
