We all know it.

Its the times when we feel like we dont want to do anything, even though weactuallywould like to.

Lets try and change that.

Depression and anxiety

For most of us, being uninspired and unproductive leads to feelings of despair and worthlessness.

And the vicious cycle continuous.

The problem here is how to make yourself get out of it.

You cant simply start doing things, because its not that simple.

If it was, no one would feel this way.

So, we choose the comfortable company of our four walls.

Unfortunately, thats never the solution.

Being alone when experiencing these strong feelings is never the answer, and it can even worsen your self-worth.

For some its alcohol, and for others, it might even be drugs.

They look glamorous and were convinced that its the way to go.

However, we cannot fall into that belief.

You feel like youre not good enough and were taught not to talk about such things.

And humans arent perfect.

Youre taking your frustration out on your friends, family and significant others.

We should just get over it without addressing the issue.

Something we put aside doesnt solve itself.

Being burnt out is generally associated with creative work, but it can happen to anyone in any field.

The issue starts when we refuse to talk about the problems were experiencing and were burying them deep inside.

We need to try and break the stigma thats being perpetuated today and talk.

Talk about anything and everything.

Its one of the wonders of being human.
