Your anxiety might be a forever thing, but the way you’re feeling right now is not.

Other days, its going to feel more tolerable.

This current moment might be a rough one, but youre going to get through it.
Youre going to endure.
And youre going to feel okay again soon.

you might still find love.
you’re free to still find success.
it’s possible for you to still find happiness.
Theyre proof you might do great things.
Theyre proof anxiety doesnt make you a lost cause.
And soon, youll be proof too.
Youre allowed to take a mental health day.Sometimes, its good to push yourself outside of your comfort zone.
Its good to ignore your anxiety and get shit done anyway.
But other times, its better to rest.
To take a break.
To let yourself cancel plans.
To let yourself have a moment.
You know how much you could take.
You know how hard you’re free to push yourself.
If youve reached a dangerous point, youre allowed to slow down for a while.
You should beproudof yourself for taking the steps to get better, feel better, live better.
You should feel brave AF, not weak, because deciding to do something about your anxiety isnt easy.
You are not broken.
You are not overreacting.
Your mind works differently than other people.
You cant help your reactions.
you’ve got the option to only control your actions.
It doesnt define you.
It isnt your entire identity.
Find friends who understand you or who are at least considerate of you.
Youre allowed to get frustrated.
It really, really sucks.
