If something small goes wrong, you feel yourself losing control.

It doesnt matter how many hours of sleep you get per night.
You never wake up feeling refreshed.
You always want to hit snooze and head straight back to bed.
Youre way more excited to sleep at night than to start your day in the morning.
Youre lacking motivation.
Your energy is at an all-time low, and its been this way for a while.
You just arent in the mood.
You have no desire to get work done.
The passion that you used to have for your work is missing.
You start procrastinating.
Youreallydont want to work.
You would rather be sleeping.
Or doing the laundry.
Or literally anything other than getting to work.
You find yourself starting your day later and later.
Its hard for you to roll out of bed.
Even if you didnt hate what you were doing before, youre starting to hate aspects of it now.

You might feel like youre falling apart, physically and emotionally.
Crying has become an everyday thing.
Youre so frustrated by your work that you break into tears on a daily basis.
Youre at a point where what youre doing is emotionally draining you.
Whether theyre tears of frustration or anger, you shouldnt be crying every single day because of your stress.
