Its not like anyone is going to judge you, because no one is going to see you.
You think too much.Since you havent been socializing much, your mind starts wandering.

You start wondering whether your friends and family evencareabout you since they havent checked in on you.
Of course, theres no way for them totellsomething has been wrong because youve shut them out.
You havent let them know whats been going on with you.

It will make you want to venture outside, travel the world, meet new people.
It will give you a craving for adventure.
But you also become lazy.Even though youre tempted to leave the house, youll keep yourself locked inside.
Its easier to keep doing what youre doing.
You stay stuck in a self-destructive cycle you arent sure how to break, even though youre clearly unhappy.
If someone asks you how you spent your weekend, youll lie about the exciting things youve done.
You dont want to sound pathetic by admitting you havent left your bed in weeks.
You dont want anyone to judge you over your sadness.
You wont only be jealous of people who are out having a good time.
You wonder whether youre screwed up somehow, whether there is something about you thats broken.
You wonder whether things are ever going to change.
You realize you have to take action.you’re gonna wanna go to therapy.
you oughta reach out to loved ones.
you’re gonna wanna get out in the sun.
You know you cant keep isolating yourself.
You cant keep hiding away and expecting your mood to magically change.
You have to take action.
You have to start caring more about yourself and taking better care of yourself.
