Here are some self-care rituals you might do during the full moon:

Watch as the paper burns and the smoke wafts.

Visualize what you wrote down drifting into the wind as the smoke rises, releasing into the atmosphere.

Ground yourself and light your candle.

Gaze into the flame and start naming out loud everything you wish to release from your life.

When youre ready, blow out the candle.

Take a cup or bowl of water and float those pieces of paper in the water.
