You look back and you just feel stupid.You cant forgive yourself for fallingor believing all the lies.You reread every text.You relive every memory.And it all starts making sense he never wanted love.He only wanted attention.He only wanted validation.He only wanted youwhen she didnt want him.And you thought he was different,you thought he wont lie to you,you thought that hed be so dumbto lie to you out of everyone else.Because youve always been the onewho talked to him about fairytales.Youve always been the onewho told him you cant stand his games.But he lied to you anyway,because he could,because thats who he is.He broke your heart anddidnt lose sleep over itbecause thats who he is,hes selfish and self-absorbed.He doesnt understand fragile hearts.He doesnt understand you.He doesnt understand love.But dont feel stupid for loving him,for its never stupid to love.And its never dumb to believe.Its not wrong to fall,whats wrong is letting guys like himspoil your idea of love.Because really the only thing stupid hereis the fact that he let you go.but you you are brave and smart,and your heart ismagnanimous.
