I know youre frustrated.
I know youre having a hard time believing things are going to get better.

But you gotta hold on a little longer.
you oughta get through the day.
You know youre strong for making it through the day at all.
Some days arent meant to be productive.
Some days arent meant to be jam-packed with activities.
Some days are simply meant to be lived.
you better live through today, even if youre doing it from inside your bedroom.
you oughta live through today, even if you dont have the energy to move from your bed.
Get through today and the rest will come later.
That doesnt mean you have permission to procrastinate.
If you’re free to muster up the courage to call a therapist, do it.
If you’re free to muster up the energy to return texts, do it.
Your feelings are valid.
Your mental health matters.
Asking for help is a step toward the healing process, its a step toward feeling okay again.
But on the days when youdontfeel okay enough to function as usual, dont be too hard on yourself.
Dont call yourself a failure.
Dont assume theres something wrong with you.
Thousands of people experience the same things youve been experiencing.
You wouldnt want them to give up on themselves so you shouldnt give up on yourself either.
Keep going.

The little voice in the back of your head is a good liar.
Your worst moments dont define you.
Your baggage doesnt define you.
Your insecurities dont have to hold you back forever.
