Maybe there is still an inkling of hope that youll get back together.
You constantly search for their name on your view list on your Insta story.
You check to see if they liked your recent post.
You watch their page to see if anything new is happening in their life.
Unfollowing can also help, but if their page is public, you still have access to view it.

Blocking the person will help you see that you dont need that person anymore.
