Um, Im sorry but, who the hell invitedyouinto my dating life or lack thereof?
I get it, Im 24.
I CLEARLY KNOW THAT.
But why does a number have to define when someone should find love or not?
What does being any age, have to do with love?
For god sake, people.
THERE IS MORE TO LIFE THAN HAVING A SIGNIFICANT OTHER.
Ive had three some what successful relationships.
Ive been in love!
Like, real, fucking, big love.
Sometimes, its a persons decision to besingle.
Sometimes, people just dont want a significant other.
And it doesnt mean that anything is wrong with them.
It doesnt mean that they are lonely.
It doesnt mean that their standards are too high.
It just means that they dont give a fuck.
Life does not stop turning when someone chooses to be single.
The world doesnt crumble or end.
Life doesnt suddenly turn dark when you choose to be single.
And for me at this time in my life, I actuallywantto be single.
Maybe its shocking to you.
Maybe its unsettling to you.
But honestly, its none of your damn business.
My love life is mine, not anyone elses.
But not right now.
Truthfully, theres more important shit to care about in the world than finding my other half.
And thats not my priority right now.
