I work for a school district so I do mainly the daily stuff.

I dont teach Braille, Im not a teacher.
I dont even have to work with the students, though I do like checking in with them.
Most of my communication for work is to teachers and thats all through email.
And I didnt go to college for this.
Though I would recommend finding a class in your area if possible.
Once you get the hang of typing Braille, its like just regular typing.
I just stick my headphones in my ears and listen to podcasts all day.
Caveat: I wouldnt say the job is super easy.
Those are all different codes of Braille.
Graphs and drawings from geometry?
Oh my god, kill me now.
But once you get in a groove, its okay.

Besides communicating with your crew (your conductor), you dont need to speak much at all.
It also pays very well (in the US its about 6 figures once established).
