You get to determine what this will require you to do.

This might require being uncomfortable.

This might make you confront a lot of the feelings that youve been trying to run from.

You are not permanently broken.

There is nothing fundamentally wrong with you for feeling the way you do.

You have not failed, you have only found a number of ways that have not yet worked.
