The more youre thinking about him, the more youre hurting yourself, the more youre cracking your heart.

That doesnt mean you should pretend the relationship never happened.

But like everything in life, moderation is key.

You dont want to obsess over someone who is out of your world.

Its natural for him to pop into your head, especially after everything you went through together.

You wont be able to eraseeverythought of him.

But you might make things easier on yourself.

you’re free to stop listening to the radio station that always plays his favorite music.

it’s possible for you to stop giving yourself more and more reminders of him everywhere you look.

You have to accept he is out of your life.

If itsimpossiblefor you to stop thinking about him, then at least thing about him in a realistic way.

Dont think about the future you two could have if you made up and got back together.

Think about all of the ways hes hurt you.

Think about whether he actuallydeservesto be missed by you, because chances are, its better hes gone.

As soon as you find a way to get over him, youre going to be happier without him.

Most of all, youre going to be proud of yourself for overcoming your heartache.
