He hates confrontation and he hates rejection.
And thats the last thing he wants.
He wants to keep you close.
Hes good at reading people, so he says all of the things he knows you want to hear.
He plays pretend, acting like that perfect guy youve been daydreaming about since you were a little girl.
But secretly, hes not that guy at all.

He lies to you, because he does whatever it takes to get what he wants.
He doesnt care about who he hurts, as long as he ends up happy.
As long as he gets his way.
As long as he gets to have his fun with you.
He doesnt actually care about you.
Of course, you were looking at a lie.
Hes the kind of person who only cares about himself.
Hell step over his coworkers to get a raise.
Hell lie to get his friends into trouble.
Hell cheat on girls who would have stayed loyal forever.
Hell do whatever it takes to get what he wants.
Your heartache doesnt matter to him.
He doesnt stay up at night, feeling guilty over how badly he hurt you.
If anything, hes happy that he was successfully able to manipulate you.
That he was able to pull off his act.
Hes not ashamed of using you.
Hes proud of it.
And hes going to do it again with another girl.
Hes going to play her the same way he played you.
Hes going to leave a trail of shattered hearts behind him, because girls like you are too trusting.
You believe in true love, in first impressions, in the kindness of strangers.
But its not your fault you fell for him.
He gave you every reason to let him into your life.
You cant let boys like him ruin you.
That you see the good in people.
That you believe boys are exactly who they say they are.
When you find the right person, your open heart will pay off.
The trust you have for your forever person will create a strong, healthy relationship.
