This month, we are understanding that self-love is knowing what we deserve and waiting for it.

You want things to improve in your relationships and friendships but you just dont know how to get there.
You have confidence (deep down) and you should probably let yourself go after what you want.
Your hearts voice will be heard.
Youre feeling pretty regretful now.
Youre in control now.
Say goodbye to bad habits or bad mindsets that have kept you from potential relationships.
you better keep an open mind.
By doing that, youre making progress in your relationships and giving them (the relationships!)
the boost they need to be something good and fulfilling.
you gotta meditate and learn what it means to have patience.
Youre responsible and able-bodied and thats great, but you oughta let things go.
Notice how good it feels if/when you relax.
Move your attention to anything (or anyone!)
that feels good and less burdening.
