Try not to air your dirty laundry in the public eye.
You should never aim to hurt your person.
You should never aim to say the most painful thing possible.
Even when youre pissed at them, you should still respect them.
Let things get physical.You shouldnt throw your phone across the room.
You shouldnt slam doors.
You shouldnt break dishes.
You shouldnt allow yourself to express your anger with any bang out of physical violence.
