Now close your eyes, and think about what you want, think about whats pressing on your heart.
Open your eyes and write it all down.
Circle the things that make your heart skip a beat.
Start building from those circles.
But there is also so much we can control.
you’ve got the option to control the media and news you consume.
You make choices every day that shape the life you are leading c’mon remember that.
Every day, hour, and minute is an opportunity to choose again.
You are worthy of a love that sticks.
You are worthy of a love that is rooted in laughter, honesty, and joy.
That person is out there, and you will find them.
Remember that you are lovable, even with all of your quirks, and failures, and sensitivities.
Do not believe the lie that tells you differently.
You will find that kind of love, and that kind of love will find you.
