Netflix’s new shark movie is everything you’ve been hoping for since Jaws.
Thats not to sayUnder Parisis a work of art.

Shes equal parts sympathetic and an a$#hole.
Hidalgo is a climate warrior whos more intent onmaking Paris a car-less citythan ignoring toothy existential threats.
A 3D version of this movie could make bank in theaters.
(Thats an actual job title in Paris.)
That said, the creativity ofUnder Parisis evident in its set pieces.

Ive spoiled a lot today, but I still wont spoil the ending.
It must be seen to be believed.
Its so bold and unhinged and ultimately bleak that it might even make you laugh.
